At Photo Genius we recognise the potential a Smartphone has to capture great images which can be quickly and easily edited using apps to give amazing results, plus our Smartphone is the camera that most people carry with them everyday. This short course is designed to show you how to get the most from your iPhone or iPad and covers image capture, composition, creative tips and editing your images using recommended apps. Our tutor will start by guiding you through the basics in air-conditioned comfort before venturing outside to take some photos. You will then be shown how to edit your images simply and quickly to produce stunning photos you will be proud to share with family and friends. We will show you the best way to capture images and special memories with tips on composition and techniques that will take your photos to the next level. You will learn how to edit, process and crop your images right in your phone using easy to use apps tested and recommended by Photo Genius. We will also show you the best way to share your favourite images with family and friends including tips on getting more from Instagram and Facebook. What will I need to bring? All you need to join this course is an iPhone, but you can also attend using an iPad. I don’t have an iPhone, can I bring another smartphone? Absolutely, as long as your smartphone has a camera you are very welcome to attend.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your booking then we will be happy to offer a place on another course/workshop or a full refund providing that we are given at least 6 days notice. No refunds are possible for cancellations made within 6 days of the course date or for no-shows. Photo Genius Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any photography course or workshop due to bad weather, tutor illness or inadequate enrolment. In the case of cancellations refunds will be made available upon request (with the exception of cancellation due to poor weather.) Wet weather policy If a course or workshop has to be cancelled due to bad weather then participants may choose to attend another course/workshop at a later date as listed on our website. Sorry but we are unable to offer refunds on courses or workshops cancelled or re-scheduled due to bad weather. All refunds transactions are made via PayPal.
