When the sun goes down, the photography doesn’t have to stop. With a little know-how and guidance from our experienced tutors, you can capture stunning night-time images. From cityscapes and light painting to dazzling light trails, this hands-on night photography course in Brisbane will equip you with the techniques and tricks you need while exploring the city after dark. In just two hours, you’ll gain a wealth of practical tips for shooting after sunset. Working in a small group with a Photo Genius tutor, you’ll receive personalised attention and plenty of opportunities to create striking images of Brisbane at night. We’ll begin at Howard Smith Wharves, photographing the sunset over the Story Bridge, before heading to Wilson Outlook Reserve for breathtaking, elevated views of the glittering city lights. Student numbers are strictly limited and as usual loan tripods will be provided free of charge upon request. Things to note : Need a tripod? We can provide you with a FREE loan tripod if you don’t already have one. Some basic knowledge of exposure (Aperture, shutter and ISO) is recommend, please consider doing the Simply SLR course or Beginners Photography Workshop prior to doing this course. Sorry - this course does not run during the summer months.

Cancellation Policy
Photo Genius Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any photography course or workshop due to bad weather, tutor illness or inadequate enrolment. In the case of cancellations refunds will be made available upon request (with the exception of cancellation due to poor weather.) Wet weather policy If a course or workshop has to be cancelled due to bad weather then participants may choose to attend another course/workshop at a later date as listed on our website. Sorry but we are unable to offer refunds on courses or workshops cancelled or re-scheduled due to bad weather. If you have to cancel your booking then we will be happy to offer a place on another course/workshop or a full refund providing that we are given at least 6 days notice. No refunds are possible for cancellations made within 5 days of the course date or for no-shows. All refunds transactions are made via PayPal.
