Animal Magic - Beyond basics

If you love animals and capturing photos of wildlife and nature then this workshop is for you, A day long practical workshop designed to help you take your photography to the next level. From the tiniest lizard to the tallest giraffe, there will plenty to see and capture including crocodiles, snakes, koalas, birds, lemurs, kangaroos, tigers and zebras, we may even get to photograph the Irwin family in action during the croc show. 

Please note :
This is not a beginners workshop, knowledge of exposure (Aperture, shutter and ISO) is required. If you are new to photography then we highly recommend booking into our Beginners Photography Workshop first.

This workshop is limited to just six participants ensuring plenty of personal attention, guidance and ample time for questions.

Booking Includes Zoo entrance, lunch and workshop notes.

Things you will learn
How and when to take advantage of the cameras priority and programme modes, exposure compensation, focusing modes (moving subjects Vs static subjects), creative use of depth of field, composition and more. 

What camera do you need
A Digital SLR, Mirrorless or Micro Four-thirds camera with manual functions. If you are unsure about the suitability of your camera please contact us prior to booking. A telephoto zoom lens will also be required.

Loan cameras available upon request.
