Service Description

Whether you are a complete novice or wanting to learn more advanced techniques, we can help you to understand the basic features of your digital camera, answer your questions and spend valuable time guiding you as you take photos and advise you on the results. For convenience our tutors can come to your home, place of business or a location of your choosing (greater Brisbane area only), alternatively just let us know and we will book space at the State library Brisbane which also offers plenty of photo opportunities to practise your skills in the surrounding South Bank parklands. With Photo Genius One-to-One tuition the focus is on you and you only. We will be able to help you understand your digital camera by talking you through your camera features, answering your questions as well as taking photos and reviewing and discussing the results. We can cover the same subjects as in our other courses or tailor the time to suit your particular needs. Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your booking then we will be happy to offer a place on another course/workshop or a full refund providing that we are given at least 6 days notice. No refunds are possible for cancellations made within 6 days of the course date or for no-shows. Photo Genius Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any photography course or workshop due to bad weather, tutor illness or inadequate enrolment. In the case of cancellations refunds will be made available upon request (with the exception of cancellation due to poor weather.) Wet weather policy If a course or workshop has to be cancelled due to bad weather then participants may choose to attend another course/workshop at a later date as listed on our website. Sorry but we are unable to offer refunds on courses or workshops cancelled or re-scheduled due to bad weather. All refunds transactions are made via PayPal.
